Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, paying particular attention to clauses relevant to your business, as well as the warranty and delivery sections.

Who We Are

Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com is a supplier of Butcher equipment and services to commercial customers.

1. Goods Being Sold

1.1 Every sale is considered a business-to-business contract. If you are purchasing personally for your own use, please note that you are not covered by the consumer Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). Therefore, we are not obligated to offer refunds or accept returns even if items are unused.

1.2 While we aim to ensure all product information is accurate, all images are for illustrative purposes only. Dimensions, colours, or features may vary upon delivery due to manufacturing updates or other factors. Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com is not liable for minor discrepancies or inaccuracies.

1.3 Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all product details and specifications before purchase. Proceeding with your order confirms you have read and understood the information provided.

1.4 Before accepting delivery, you must ensure the delivered product matches the description on our website. Acceptance of delivery confirms your acceptance of the item as described.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.

2.2 Prices are correct at the time of listing but may change without notice.

2.3 In the event of an error in price or description, Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com has no obligation to honour the incorrect information.

2.4 All orders may be subject to additional credit or security checks.

3. Delivery

3.1 Free delivery applies only within England and Wales. Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands, and international destinations may incur additional charges. Orders under £100 (excluding VAT) will incur a £9.99 + VAT fee.
For Northern Ireland and international deliveries, an EORI number is required. Pallet deliveries only.

3.2 Standard delivery is kerbside to the ground floor. Delivery does not include unpacking or installation. The customer is responsible for moving goods onto the premises.

3.3 Delivery times shown on product pages are estimates and may change due to stock or security checks. Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com is not liable for delivery delays.

3.4 Do not book installers before receiving and inspecting your goods. We are not responsible for costs resulting from early arrangements.

3.5 Customers are responsible for ensuring all items fit into their premises. Failed deliveries due to access restrictions will incur redelivery charges.

3.6 A redelivery fee (£50 per pallet or £24 per parcel) applies if no one is available to receive the order.

3.7 Any delivery restrictions (e.g., weight limits or pedestrian zones) must be reported before dispatch.

3.8 Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors.

3.9 Partial deliveries may occur without prior notice. Refunds may apply for undeliverable items but not for fulfilled parts.

3.10 If an incorrect item is delivered, notify us within 24 hours for replacement or refund. Returns are only accepted within 14 days, in unused condition and original packaging.

3.11 Next-day delivery is subject to stock and third-party courier performance. If unavailable, you will be informed, and the additional charge refunded.

3.12 Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Orders are processed from external warehouses.

4.2 Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Within 1 hour of payment: 5% cancellation fee.
  • After 1 hour: 25% cancellation fee.
  • After dispatch: 25% restocking + courier fees.

4.3 Return delivery charges:

  • Parcel items (under 30kg): £10 + VAT each.
  • Pallet items (over 30kg): £50 + VAT each.

4.4 Refused deliveries are treated as cancellations after dispatch and incur the same fees.

5. Damaged Shipments

5.1 Goods are insured during transit.

5.2 For pallet deliveries: Inspect products upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery. Accepting goods means accepting them in good condition.

5.3 For parcel deliveries (e.g., DHL, DPD, Parcelforce): Report any transit damage within 24 hours via email. Claims submitted later will be rejected.

5.4 Provide photographic proof of all damages via email.

5.5 Retain all original packaging; returns without packaging will not be accepted. All damaged or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Returns

6.1 Goods may be returned at the customer’s cost and risk if unused and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies, plus £120 + VAT admin fee for pallet returns. Returns must include a completed Returns Form and be sent to the above address.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 days after inspection and deduction of applicable fees.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Refunds must be approved by customer service and processed within 7–14 days after approval.

7.2 Next-day delivery payments via bank transfer are non-refundable if delays occur due to payment clearance.

7.3 If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you with replacement or refund options. Lack of response after three attempts will result in a credit coupon.

8. Disputes

If false information is provided to a payment provider regarding cancellations, Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com reserves the right to pursue legal action and recover related costs.

9. Installation and Usage

All electrical, gas, or plumbing installations must be carried out by qualified professionals. The company is not liable for damage or loss caused by improper installation.
We reserve the right to request installation reports for warranty claims.

10. Warranties and Liability

If an item fails on delivery or within 14 days, a replacement or refund will be provided upon written notice and supporting evidence.

  • Standard warranty: 12 months parts only.
  • Labour and engineer costs are not covered.
  • All claims require an engineer’s report with photos within 30 days.

For Back-to-Base warranties, customers pay for return shipping; the company covers shipping after repair.
The company is not liable for lost profits or business interruption due to defective products.
B-Grade items are discounted, sold as-is, and non-refundable.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Glass damage or breakage
  • Gas refilling
  • Consumable parts (bulbs, batteries, oil)
11. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any order where payment fails or credit checks are not satisfactory.

12. WEEE Directive

We support environmental protection under the WEEE directive and offer collection/disposal services at extra cost. Our WEEE producer registration number is WEE/MM4708AA.

13. Website Usage

14. Age Requirements

Minimum order age: 18 years. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

15. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure website accuracy, Total Shopfitting Solutions Ltd T/A Yesbutcher.com is not liable for third-party errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.
