Return and Refund Policy

At Yes Butcher, we value our customers and strive to provide the highest quality meat and products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure food safety while protecting our customers' rights.


1. Perishable Goods (Fresh Meat & Produce)

Because we sell perishable food items, these products are generally exempt from the standard right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once delivery has been made, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: To process a refund or replacement for quality issues, we require photographic evidence of the product and the packaging.

2. Non-Perishable Goods

For any non-perishable items (e.g., dry goods or accessories), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return the item. The item must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

4. Refunds

Once we have inspected your claim or received your returned non-perishable item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item), Yes Butcher will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange a collection.
  • If you are returning a non-perishable item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched. Since we prepare fresh cuts, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
